STEP
1: PROJECT PRESENTATION
The Lumina
Agent/Broker conducts a project presentation to Buyer. This consists of the
project features, inventory, financing options, and other relevant information.
STEP
2: SITE TRIPPING/VISIT
The selected project
is visited by the Buyer together with the Lumina Agent/Broker. The Lumina
Agent/Broker orients the Buyer on the location of the project and the preferred
inventory, the amenities, road networks, landmarks, and nearby commercial
areas.
STEP
3: RESERVATION APPLICATION
The Buyer chooses
his/her desired inventory and fills in the necessary forms. The purchase is
formalized at the Lumina sales office that manages the project to be reserved.
STEP
4: MARKETING AND ADMINISTRATIVE BRIEFING
After submission of
the Reservation Agreement and Quotation Sheet, a final briefing will be
conducted by the Lumina Marketing group before the actual purchase is
formalized.
STEP
5: SUBMISSION OF REQUIREMENTS
After the briefing and
acceptance of duly filled-in forms, the Buyer is given 30 days to submit the
necessary requirements for the purchase. The property is held under the Buyer’s
name.
STEP
6: MOVE-IN / TURNOVER OF PROPERTY
The property is
delivered on a date specified in the Reservations Agreement. Once constructed,
the Buyer and the Developer conduct a joint inspection of the purchased
property to confirm that all commitments are delivered.
